Animation can explain whatever the mind of man can conceive.Walt Disney
We are a media and research lab building the infrastructure for AI-native animated storytelling. We are a team of researchers, engineers, and anime geeks developing pipelines and tools that turn AI video generation into a production-grade animation pipeline.
We are betting on the following truths
- 01. Animated storytelling is the most expressive medium ever created. No cameras, no locations, no physical laws unless you want them. Anime alone has become a $31B global cultural force, and it’s still growing. But here’s the thing: demand for animated stories far outstrips the industry’s ability to make them. Right now there’s a writer on Wattpad with two million reads. Her readers know her world better than their own neighborhoods. She has no way to turn it into the anime they’re all asking for. There are thousands of writers like her. The next decade belongs to these storytellers, and to animation as the medium that brings their worlds to life.
- 02. AI video generation is a new canvas for them. Not a replacement for animators, but something that stretches what’s possible. When Google DeepMind’s team made a short film for Sundance 2026, a Pixar-trained supervising animator said they “found new creative powers.” The film had a visual style that would have been too expensive to produce traditionally. That’s the real unlock. Not cheaper animation. New kinds of animation.
- 03. The generation models are getting good. What’s missing is structure. AI video today has no “source code.” No digital negative, no decomposed layers, no way to slot the output into a real production pipeline. Every other creative medium that went professional built a structured representation underneath it. Code has source files. 3D has Pixar’s USD. Music has DAW sessions. Video generation has nothing. We’re building it.
- 04. And the best way to build production infrastructure is to use it to ship real work. Every series we produce shows us what breaks. Every fix makes the next series better. The content is the product demo. The product demo is the content.
Our mission is to codify video generationfor animated storytelling. We’re building the structured layer underneath AI animation that gives creators the control, consistency, and composability that professional pipelines demand.
Right now we’re making anime series from stories by Wattpad and webnovel writers, built on our own AI-assisted pipelines, and putting them on YouTube. If you’re a storyteller with a universe in your head and no way to animate it, we want to hear from you.
